1. About the game

DriftPeak is an endless alpine snowboarding game for mobile devices. You carve down a procedurally generated mountain, chase distance and score, and can ride alongside other players in short multiplayer sessions matched through Apple's Game Center (GameKit). The app also includes daily leaderboards, cosmetic riders and boards, and an optional paid subscription called DriftPeak Pro.

2. Subscriptions

2.1 Plans

Both plans are auto-renewable subscriptions. Prices are shown in US dollars and may differ by country, currency and local tax. The price displayed in the App Store at the moment of purchase is the price that applies to you.

2.2 What Pro includes

• All Pro riders (Ember, Dusk, Saffron) and Pro boards (Copper, Jade, Coral)
• An ad-free game
• Full run history, personal bests and detailed statistics
• Early access to new terrain and features
• Priority replies from support

Pro is cosmetic and convenience only. It does not change how the board handles, does not increase your score, and gives no advantage on the leaderboards or in multiplayer sessions.

3. Payment and billing

All payments are handled by the app store you bought through — Apple's App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase. DriftPeak never sees or stores your card details. Subscription status is verified through the store and through RevenueCat, our subscription management provider.

4. Cancellation and refunds

• Cancel any time from your store account settings. DriftPeak cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf.
• iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → DriftPeak → Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → DriftPeak → Cancel Subscription.
• Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep Pro until then.
• Refunds are handled by the app store under its own policy. We do not refund partial periods directly.

5. Fair riding

We may remove scores from the leaderboards, reset a player's standing, or restrict access to multiplayer where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

6. Leaderboards and multiplayer

• Leaderboards are provided through Game Center. Your Game Center alias is visible to other players when you appear on a board.
• Daily boards reset each day. We may clear, recalculate or reset a board at any time, for example after a cheating incident or a scoring fix.
• Multiplayer sessions need an internet connection and a signed-in Game Center account. If nobody joins your session before the timer ends, you ride the run solo.
• We do not guarantee that multiplayer, matchmaking or leaderboards will be available without interruption.

7. Your content and ownership

• The terrain generator, art, riders, boards, sounds, interface and code of DriftPeak belong to DriftPeak and its developer.
• Your subscription gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to play the app. It does not transfer ownership of anything.
• Cosmetic items are licensed for use inside the app. They have no real-world value and cannot be sold, traded or cashed out.
• Progress, settings and unlocks are stored on your device and, where enabled, in your own iCloud or Google account.

8. Updates and availability

We release updates to add terrain, tune handling, fix bugs and improve performance. Some features need the latest version of the app and a supported operating system. We may change, retire or remove content and features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app or its online services.

9. Play safely

DriftPeak is a game of quick reactions. Play in a safe place, take breaks, and never play while walking, driving, cycling or doing anything that needs your attention. If you use tilt controls, make sure you have room to move the device.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DriftPeak is provided as-is and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, including lost progress, lost leaderboard standing, device issues or time spent playing. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to DriftPeak's online features if you break these terms or act fraudulently. If your access ends because of a breach, any active subscription is cancelled without a refund from us, subject to the app store's own policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and we will flag significant changes in the app. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is based, without regard to conflict of law rules. Where local consumer law gives you stronger protection, that law applies.
